Dept. of Ed Budget (different from School Aid Fund)

Voting right now on the Dept. of Education budget. This is a tough one because the libraries are shifted over from History, Arts and Libraries (HAL)

The vote is split, but very bi-partisan.

Corrections budget comes next, I think.
